Terms & Conditions:
  • Customer agrees to utilise the equipment only for the purpose that it is designed for.
  • The Customer shall ensure that suitable access to and egress from the site is adequate to suit the mode of delivery or pick up.

Cleaning:

  • The Customer must return all Equipment when it is due back. A continuing hire fee for all Equipment will be charged to the Customer, at the standard weekly rate of hire, until the Equipment has been returned to the Company. The Customer shall give appropriate notice in contacting ‘Kenny’s Mobile Event Hire’ if any extension or termination of the hire is requested. No refunds will be issued for the early return of Equipment on extended hire.
Hire Return/ Pick up:
  • Customer is in acceptance that failure to return property when directed to, the property will be deemed as stolen and reported to the police. 
  • The Company must be notified immediately of any Equipment lost or damaged during the hire period. If the Equipment is lost or damaged, the Customer must pay to the Company the current replacement or damage cost of the Equipment, Customer is accepting to pay for damages to or the loss of equipment.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged:
  • Customer agrees to utilise the equipment only for the purpose that it is
    designed for.
  • The Company must be notified immediately of any Equipment lost or damaged during the hire period. If the Equipment is lost or damaged, the Customer must pay to the Company the current replacement or damage cost of the Equipment, Customer is accepting to pay for damages to or the loss of equipment.
Payment/Cancellations:
  • Payment for hire must be paid two weeks in advance of booking date; other wise booking will be cancelled.
  • The cancellation fee payable to the owner is 50% of the equipment hire amount if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the hire.

  •  The cancellation fee payable to the owner is 100% of the equipment hire amount if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the hire.
